OUR RETURN POLICY
We ♥ happy customers! Please contact us right away if you're not happy with your order. We promise to do all that we can to make it right.
We offer refunds for returned items with the following conditions:
- You placed the order within the last 30 days.
- When returned, we receive it back in the same condition we sent it to you.
- If we made an error and sent you the wrong item, or you received an item that was damaged during delivery, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund. Also, we will pay your return shipping fees, up to a maximum of what you paid to ship on your original order.
We apologize but there are no refunds for:
- Returned items that are not in the same original condition as stated in our product description.
- Returned items with missing/opened packaging or shrink wrap around books, DVD's, or CD's, which were intact when we shipped them to you.
- Audio cassette and VHS tapes are sold "as is". Products in these categories (except those marked 'Collectibles') are priced accordingly.
- Books listed in "acceptable" condition (with the exception of those marked 'Collectibles') are priced accordingly, and are sold "as is".

For returns, we encourage you to use the US Postal Service, unless your preferred shipping company delivers to PO Boxes, as not all do. All refunds will be issued back to the same card/bank that you paid for your order. We ask that you allow two weeks to inspect and process your return and apply credit to your account.
If the reason for your return is anything other than an error caused by USPS or by us, then we will offer a full refund based on the conditions above, minus shipping fees. Your return may be subject to a restocking/rental fee at our discretion. Our restocking/rental fees are 10% of the amount paid for the item.
